Our Guarantee
All Descheneaux Insurance
Recruiters Ltd. placements are covered by a 90 day* replacement
guarantee.
(*Guarantee periods are negotiable for senior placements)
Our
guarantee applies if the employee leaves or is terminated
for any reason during the guarantee period.

- Guarantee may be applied only once on any assignment.
- Descheneaux Insurance Recruiters Ltd. must be notified in writing within ten days of the candidate's departure.
- Guarantee does not apply if a layoff occurs due to lack of work or sale of the client company.
- Guarantee may not apply (at
our discretion) if
- Descheneaux Insurance Recruiters Ltd is not given the exclusive opportunity to replace the position within a reasonable length of time (dependent on market circumstances)
- if the placement fee has not been
paid within ten days of commencement of employment
(*Payment is due the day a candidate starts)
NOTES:
If required, a credit can be held for twelve months from the date of the placement. An administrative fee will be deducted from the credit if it is determined that in conducting a new search, additional costs have been incurred (for advertising, long distance calls, etc.). This will be discussed and outlined in full at the time the credit is issued.
Where it is determined that a person at a significantly higher or lower salary is required as a replacement, a bill will be issued on the basis of the new salary less the original fee. Unless the fee is considerably lower than the original fee, there will be no adjustment.
