Overview: How We Can Help Each Other
Our Services
- Our services are free for
candidates, period.
- Our clients pay us to find
them qualified candidates. This saves them time & money
involved in reviewing numerous resumes, prescreening, checking
references etc.
- As part of our service
to clients, we handle all the prescreening, document verification
and any testing deemed necessary.
- We also perform thorough
reference checks on our candidates; we require three professional
references from Supervisors, Employers, or business associates.
- It is very important to
us that we provide the "right fit" for both our
clients and our candidates.
How You Can Help
- You can make our job easier, and thus fast-track the chances
of finding you a position, by providing us with your list
of professional references at the earliest possible convenience.
It is against our company policy to speak with your current
employer, except under certain conditions (i.e. downsizing,
mergers etc.). If you cannot provide us with three names
& phone numbers for references, please talk to us and
perhaps we can come up with some alternatives together.
We may also know where former bosses or supervisors have
moved to and can help you find them!
- Keep in touch with us on a regular basis.
While we would love to call all our Active candidates on
a weekly basis, this simply isn't feasible. As long as you
are actively looking for employment, send us an email every
week or two to see how we're progressing with your file.
The more we see your name, the more it stays at the forefront
of our thoughts. Also, keep an eye on our Job Opportunities
board and let us know if you see any positions of interest.
- If you are able to find work on your own,
Congratulations! Please call or email to let us know where
you will be working and we will remove your file from our
Active list.
- Once you are in the database as a candidates,
we will be in touch on an annual basis to update your file
and see how you're doing. These are not recruitment calls;
we simply need to keep our files as accurate and up-to-date
as possible due to the Privacy Act.
- If we send you on any interviews with our
clients, please call us afterwards and let us know how it
went! We will also provide you with any feedback from the
client regarding the interview, status of your application
and so on. It is our responsibility as a recruiter to act
as this liaison so our clients are not bombarded by applicant
inquiries.
Confidentiality
- As a candidate, your rights
to personal privacy our are very important to us. Any personal
information you provide us will not be discussed with anyone
outside our office without your express permission.
- We do not send your resume
to our clients without first receiving your permission.
Moreover, any personal contact information is removed from
your resume before it is sent. The only way our clients
have to contact you is through us.
